Vegetable Minestrone Soup

Our Vegetable Minestrone is a hearty and healthy soup that is packed with a colourful  variety of vegetables, beans and pasta in a rich tomato base. Its low in calories and packed full of fiber and vitamin C. This soup makes for a perfect lunch or dinner. 

Vegetarian/Dairy Free

Portion Size: 450ml Pouch 

Heating Instructions: Defrost in the fridge, then removed from the plastic pouch before heating. Heat in a microwave safe bowl for 3 minutes. More time may be needed depending on your microwave. Alternatively, empty into a saucepan and gently simmer until piping till hot. Goes well with a side of crusty bread.

Ingredients: Carrot, onion, celery, garlic, potato, cabbage, green beans, tomatoes, kale, kidney beans, chickpeas, cannellini beans, vegetable stock, salt, pepper, basil. Pasta- durum wheat, semolina
