Portion Size:  Average meal serve 400gms 

Heating instructions: Peel back one corner of the plastic cover and microwave on high 1-3 minutes if defrosted or 3-4 minutes from frozen. More time may be needed depending on your microwave. 

Ingredients: Beef steak, beans, cauliflower, veggie mash - sweet potato, carrot, pumpkin butter, milk. Garlic steak seasoning.
