Portion Size: 400gms 

Heating instructions: Peel back one corner of the plastic cover and microwave on high 2-3 minutes if defrosted or 5-6 minutes from frozen. More time may be needed depending on your microwave. 

Ingredients: Beef mince, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, parsley, breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, beef stock, oil, corn, peas, Mash- Potatoe, sweet Potatoe, carrots, milk, butter, salt & pepper. 

*This is a Frozen product, once defrosted, heat and consume within 48 hours.
