How to heat: Defrost in the fridge then remove from packaging, can be eaten as is or heated. 

1. Microwave method: This is the quickest option, but it may result in a slightly softer texture. Place the Muffin on a microwave-safe plate and heat it for a average of 30-60 seconds on medium power. Be cautious not to overheat it, as it can become chewy.

2. Air Fryer: Place in air fryer at 180 degrees for average 3 minutes until hot.
