Mediterranean Toastie

Thick-cut, golden toasted sourdough bread filled with a rich, flavour-packed Mediterranean mix. Salami, spinach, and finely diced onion are combined with sweet, tangy sun-dried tomatoes and a bold sun-dried tomato pesto. Finished with tasty cheese and gooey mozzarella, this toastie is crispy on the outside and perfectly melty in the middle. A hearty, comforting option with a fresh Mediterranean twist—perfect for a satisfying lunch or easy grab-and-go meal.

How to heat: Defrost in the fridge then remove from packaging, can be eaten as is but best to heat and have melted cheese. Below are a few different heating options.

1. Air Fryer: Place in air fryer at 180 degrees for 3-5 minutes until crispy and the cheese has melted.

2. Oven method: Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Place the toastie on a baking tray, warm it in the oven for about 5-10 minutes. Keep an eye on it to prevent over-browning.

3. Toastie Machine: Place the toastie in the machine for average 3-5 minutes or warmed through and melted. 

4. Microwave method: This is the quickest option, but it may result in a slightly softer texture. Place the toastie on a microwave-safe plate and heat it for a average of 30-60 seconds on medium power. Be cautious not to overheat it, as it can become chewy.
