Cauliflower Soup

A smooth and comforting creamy cauliflower soup, made with tender cauliflower, potato, onion and garlic, all blended together until beautifully silky and finished with a touch of cream. Rich, hearty and full of flavour the perfect warming meal.

Portion Size: 400ml per serve. 

Heating Instructions: Defrost in the fridge, then removed from the plastic pouch before heating. Heat in a microwave safe bowl for 1-2 minutes. More time may be needed depending on your microwave. Alternatively, empty into a saucepan and gently simmer until piping till hot. Goes well with a side of crusty bread.
