Caramelised Onion & Goats Cheese Tart
Golden, flaky pastry layered with slow-caramelised onions, gently cooked until sweet and jammy, then topped with creamy, crumbly goat’s cheese that melts just slightly into every bite. Finished with a handful of fresh peppery rocket for a beautiful contrast, this tart is the perfect balance of rich, savoury and fresh — simple, rustic and full of flavour.
How to heat: Defrost in fridge, remove from packaging and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. More time may be needed depending on your microwave. Alternatively, the Tart can be cooked from defrosted or frozen in the oven or air fryer until hot.
