Beef Stroganoff

Our creamy Beef Stroganoff is the ultimate comfort meal, featuring tender thin slices of beef simmered in a rich, velvety mushroom and onion sauce. Served over spiral pasta, it’s finished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a burst of colour and flavour. Paired with a side of broccoli, this hearty classic is a delicious, satisfying meal that’s perfect for any day of the week.

Heating Instructions: Slightly peel back one corner of the plastic cover and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes if defrosted or 3-4 minutes from frozen. More time may be needed depending on your microwave.

Ingredients: Beef, oil, salt, pepper,  Sauce-Plain flour, butter, oil, onion, garlic, tomato paste, paprika, mushrooms, beef stock, dijon mustard, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and parsley. Spiral pasta- Drummond wheat semolina. Vegetable: Broccoli
