Ricotta and Vegetable Tortellini
Ricotta and Vegetable Tortellini in a Neapoli sauce. This is an Italian dish containing plump, pasta stuffed with a blend of Vegetables and Ricotta Cheese. The Tortellini is smothered in a rich and velvety tomato sauce with mushrooms, spinach, red onion, capsicum and basil.
Portion Size: Average serve 400gms
Heating Instructions: Slightly peel back one corner of the plastic cover and microwave on high 1-2 minutes if defrosted or 3-5 minutes from frozen. More time may be needed depending on your microwave.
