Curry Lentil Soup

A comforting, creamy coconut curry lentil soup packed with wholesome vegetables. Made with lentils, carrot, celery, spinach and potato, gently simmered in a rich coconut curry broth with turmeric and cumin for a warm, nourishing flavour. Perfect for a light meal or cosy lunch.

Portion Size: 450ml per serve. 

Heating Instructions: Defrost in the fridge, then removed from the plastic pouch before heating. Heat in a microwave safe bowl for 1-2 minutes. More time may be needed depending on your microwave. Alternatively, empty into a saucepan and gently simmer until piping till hot. Goes well with a side of crusty bread.
