Golden crumbed fish fillets cooked until crispy on the outside and tender inside, served with buttery boiled parsley potatoes and a side of fresh steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot. A simple, wholesome meal that’s full of flavour and perfect for any day of the week.

Portion Size: Average serve 350-400 grams 

Heating Instructions: For the best results, heat this fish in the air fryer or oven for 5 to 10 minutes from frozen, or 3 to 5 minutes if defrosted, until hot. Heat the vegetables in the microwave. Alternatively, you can heat the fish microwave it, but this may result in a softer texture for the fish. More time may be needed depending on your Air-fryer or microwave.
