Vegetable Lasagna with Ricotta Bechamel

Our Vegetable Lasagna packs a punch. Each delicious serving is made with layers of pasta sheets rich tomato sauce, layers of vegetables such as mushroom, zucchini, egplant,capsicum,spinach and pumpkin. 

Topped with a generous layer ricotta béchamel and grilled tasty cheese, this mouth-watering Lasagna is baked to perfection, giving it a crispy golden crust that will have you coming back for more. 

Portion Size:  Average serve 400gms. 

Heating instructions: Peel back one corner of the plastic cover and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes if defrosted or 5-6 minutes from frozen. More time may be needed depending on your microwave. 

Ingredients: pumpkin, zucchini, eggplant, spinach, mushroom , capsicum, crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, (citric acid), onion, tomato paste, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, cheese, Bechamel sauce- milk, butter, ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, plain flour, , Lasagna sheets- durum wheat semolina, salt, maltodextrin, sugar, yeast extract, corn starch, onion powder, pepper.
